Spb Wallet - New secure wallet for your PPC!!!!
I was a beta tester for this product, and received this notice today!!
We are very happy to announce that Spb Wallet has been officially released today! Please find the press-release here: http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/abou...007/jul03.html This is a VERY cool program, it works very well between your PC and your PPC (together OR separate). You can create very cool looking cards with any info you like, credit cards, passwords, account sign-on codes, keep serial numbers and registration codes, health info....whatever you need kept on hand and safe from prying eyes. There are many great templates that come with it, but it is VERY easy to create your own, making for a very sleek and individualized look!!!! If anybody has any questions, I will answer as best I can. |
As a user of FlexWallet, I wonder if this is any better... I'll have to check it out.
|

I would try this but the literature states that it uses 3.2 mb of memory. That's a bit much for me at this point. Can any of you users confirm this?

I have a question? I have tried this software and I like some of the features however how do you save attachments? I have saved some attachments but the wallet does not show that you have saved an attachment. Furthermore it does not allow you to view the attachment (when you go to the menu/edit screen) either. That is the only reason I am tempted to stay with codewallet because you can save attachments there and view them. Once you finish viewing the file it allows you to erase the file you just viewed while saving the original copy still. Any clues I like Spb and I would like to pick this program up.

The attachments are available in my software. Is it possible because yours isn't registered? I would think not considering the trial should be the full version for the limited amount of days, but thats the only solution I can think of. Attachments save perfectly for me. And Coz, yes it does hack a large portion of your memory. This is where you weigh your priorities for what programs you need/want.

Install it to a storage card. Not such a big hit on memory this way. :)
|
That depends on how often you use an application. If its often, then as soon as the storage card is released, Poof, you just lost data.

I use Ilium Software's eWallet Pro ... any idea if this offers something that my trusty eWallet doesnt?

SPB Wallet
Spb Wallet is a secure and manageable storage of sensitive information, such as passport and account numbers, access and PIN codes, logins and passwords. The encrypted and password-protected data can be accessed from Windows PCs, and synchronized with mobile devices and now on Symbian S60 also.
Sounds like a cool program for people who are forgetful like I am hehe. Its being sold for 29.95. http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/wallet/ |

I got this app about a year ago and it's worked flawlessly the entire time. I especially love the fact that it sync's nice and easy with both of my computers. I have more stuff in this wallet than I do in the one in my back pocket.:thumbleft:
