A program to view other cell networks?

Does anybody know of a program that we can use on our TP to monitor wireless signals. I saw this on another site and was wondering if we have something similar...

It would be great to check the signal strength also, any ideas? When to roam when not to roam...etc.

That would be nice, but it only looks like a GSM service screen for a blackberry, I think.

Don't think this is possible at all with CDMA.
