Food and diet app?
 

hey guys i was watching tv and i saw an iphone commerical showing an application that allowed you to enter in the food you consumed for the day and keep track of cal, carb, protein ect. Do any of you guys know of an equal wm6 app or one thats free that would allow me to track my intake?

I use My personal Diet, by VidaOne inc. It is not free, but works great. It has a desktop app for syncing too. SInce i started using it, i have lost 14 lbs in 19 days, just by stopping eating when i have had enough calories for the day. Needless to say, I am very happy about that.

I was searching for a free app that did this a few months ago and couldn't find anything. Every app I found cost something, the minimum I found was somthing like $19.99. I don't need it that bad.
