Net Framework 3.5 Question
 

I understand it is needed for a program that requires it, but otherwise, does installing the Net Framework 3.5 improve system speed noticeably enough to warrant how much memory it requires?

It's not noticeably different to me, but you can install it to the storage card. I haven't noticed any difference compared to installing it to main memory.
