"WMMiniBattery is a free and simple battery meter application for Windows Mobile Professional devices that will always show you how much battery power you have left.

The usage is very simple, after installing to Device, you can start the application by the icon from Programs. WMMiniBattery will place a three pixel wide status bar on the very top of your screen that will be a graphical representation of how much power there is in your battery. This bar will stay on top of all windows so you can easily read and access it from anywhere. Tapping the bar will bring up a small window with additional information, such as power percent, temperature, voltage, amperage, type, etc. From here you can also set it to automatically load at startup."

great little (but useful!!) app, but i have found one problem. it says the extended battery on my Verizon Wireless HTC Touch is 184.9° celcius. I am sure this is a application or windows based bug, just wanted to let you know about that!

Attachment removed as it is licensed software as well as we try to avoid any kind of trouble with developers if they find the attachment on here. Link is good enough.
