FTP Server

I'm using Mocha FTP server currently and it works ok enough. One feature I would like is the ability to resume files? Any ftp servers out there with this feature?

Isn't TC a ftp client only? I'm looking for a FTP Server with the ability to allow file to be resumed. Also, I had issues with TC as a client as it would not connect to some sites.
