G1 screen lock?
 

I recently found out one of my friends got the g1 i must admit not a bad device, if it is customizable as win mo it would be friggin sweet but alas its android, however i found one thing that i really liked about android, he had a screen lock that was well.. different, if youve seen it then you know what im talking about. It looks like a 3x3 grid of dots and you run you finger in a certain pattern to unlock the phone. I wanted to know if anybody has made something similar for win mo since i find myself leaving my phone sometimes in situations where people could look at whats on it when i dont want them to and it seemed like a really fast disengage the lock thing.

heres a skin to make it look like the G1. just copy it to throttle lock skin folder.

does anny one know how to by pass a ThrottleLock lock i lost my pattern

you got to uninstall it manually

• Power down your phone
• Plug in via USB
• Power up your phone, and wait until the Throttle Lock screen comes up
• Wait for your phone to appear in "Computer" or "My Computer" on your machine.
• Browse your phone via the computer into the root directory, then to "Program Files", then "Throttle Lock"
• Once in that folder, select everything in there and hit "Delete"
• It will delete a majority of the files, but you may have to skip some that are in-use
• Restart your phone
• An error will now come up in place of Throttle Lock, stating that Throttle Lock encountered an error. Hit OK past that.
• You can now go into Windows and uninstall Throttle Lock.
• After uninstallation, use file explorer to go back and remove the remaining "Throttle Lock" folder under "Program Files"

easier wayis to connect phone to pc and goto file management then phone main memory/programs/throttlelock/then there is a text file called "lockcode"

1-3= is the left column (from top to bottom)
4-6= middle column
7-9=right column

so if it is 145 you start top left, go right one,down one- now its unlocked! :drunken:

how do you apply the Android skin to the lock? Kinda new to this so can I get step by step please?
