Bulk Appointment Transfer PPC to PPC?

My wife and I like to transfer our common appointments between our Windows Mobile 5 devices (xv6700 & Palm 700wx).

Her old Motorola Q had a bluetooth app that allowed me to display a list of her upcoming appointments. Marking their checkboxes allowed me to choose which appointments to transfer to my phone... in a single bulk transfer.

Is there any way to get this Q (smartphone) app on one or both of our phones? (Unfortunately, her Q was exchanged at Verizon for her Palm... so I don't have access to that phone anymore.)

I'd also be willing to pay for such an application... as it is generally too much work to transfer appointments one at a time.

Just sync each device to Outlook on your PC and that will sync the appointments between the devices..

don't as stated above or u could sign up for a exchange account a mail2web (free) and sync them all with the server...that's what I do for my q, 6700, and mogul.

Keep in mind you'll have to have an active data plan to sync to an Exchange server.. even though the accounts free, the data plan may not be.

The way I suggested, doesnt use any data and it's 100% free..

Either way will work fine.. the convenience of syncing to E3 is that you can do it anywhere and a change made on one device takes place on the other device within minutes, vs having to plug each device in and sync via Activesync..

Thank you both for the suggestions. However, neither of us have any use for an expensive Verizon data plan... and unfortunately her Palm does not have WiFi. Also, Outlook is not free.

I love the simplicity of the Q's bluetooth software. We didn't have to involve any other devices... just our two phones. And it was nice that we didn't have to share all of our appointments (for example: its my job to remember to put the trash out to the curb on Wednesdays... not hers  ).

I was hoping someone would know of an existing solution... but perhaps I will have to take a stab at recreating the Q software myself.

P.S. I was a website developer until I became a stay-at-home dad... so if Microsoft's free Visual Studio Express edition supports mobile development... and my 13 month old son allows me... I may give a shot.

Thanks.

I believe PpcPimBackup will do the trick for you and is available here on the ftp if I'm not mistaken...
