Well, I had high hopes for this program. Seemed really nice. I started using another version of it that someone else spun off (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=47556 ) that included the dialer.

The dialer doesn't have the ## codes and things like *2 or anything with the * don't work. When I brought this up I was basically told it was intended for GSM devices. If you don't use the dialer version, it works well although the All People on the People tab doesn't open it.

I wonder how everyone that got this to work right. I installed it with no problem then did a soft reset. I have managed to run it once and half of everything was in russian. it seems like a great app. id actually like to use it. I dont have too much done to my TP in the way of apps and tweaks. it just wont run. I see the softkey that is now in russian and when I click it to open it shows that yota is running, but I dont see anything. then it locks up my tp for a bit then its fine, but the I dont see the software. im gonna uninstall and reinstall again and hopefully get it going. how has everyone dodged the whole russian language thing?

You downloaded the wrong one if you are seeing Russian. You might want to take a bit more time reading to make sure you grab the right one.

Fair warning, if you install the version with the dialer, you won't have working ##codes and anything that uses * won't work either. Example is calling Sprint with *2 or *4 will not work. This is only for the version that includes the dialer. This software was originally done for a GSM phone.

It works with CDMA phones to some degree like the contacts portion. However, as I stated above, the dialer only works when calling regular phone numbers. It won't understand *2 or similar and it won't understand the ## codes like ##778# or similar.

I have not been keeping up with this. After I asked in a thread about seeing if the ##codes and such could be worked, the guy responded but he was an *** about it. Gave me a very bad feeling on the whole software. So, seeing how one guy that was translating decided to be an *** (and he made his own thread with his own version) I asked the same question on the original thread. Of course the same guy decided to lip off there as well so I pretty much said F it and not been back since.
