Here is a good write up of an app that enables you to watch and monitor your battery consumption...

I uploaded the .CAB of the latest version, v1.3.... It is a great app that I have on my phone right now...

Re: Monitor Battery Consumption

You can turn it on or off as you please... So if yoyr not using it or need it, you can turn it off... What I like is that it tells me my battery temp, which is 266.7°C with Opera Mobile, Kinoma, and the battery thing on...

Re: Monitor Battery Consumption

Well, it just doesnt provide me with any tool to better the TP operation, my battery rarely stops charging, even with that it gets back on track within minutes. So I am not sure how I will use this monitor.
I use a data monitor, and that tells me that my push mail barely uses any resources and with that inforamtion i am not concerned about push mail drinking too much juice at all.
How would you benefit from this batery monitor Big D?May be I will give it another shot and see if I can use its data in conjunction with the data monitor info,

Interesting, my battery is at 336.7 degrees Celcius! I should be able to replace my home heating with this!
