spb backup cannot read sfx module..?

I keep getting this error. It is in every error log that spb makes when it tries to backup my device. Any tips?

I use spb abck up a lot,never got that error but it seems like it cant back up sfx file I suggest you check spb forum

Been there and didn't find anything. I have a few clues that its either mem maid or s2v. Cant tell yet but Im restoring my backup to a replacement right now. Well see how it goes.
