How can I add a Windows Interface for my phone?

WAD isn't working as its not in Cad form. Is there a better Windows Interface theme for Windows Mobile?>

some of them is not in cad, I just tried one for WAD 2, it looked super nice but too small and it always logged off and took a while to load. but there is something like it in M2d, but other than that you have to look for separate programs to get what you are looking for. go sign up and browse around at xda-developers
