I really don't want to reflash my rom... so are there any cabs available?

no, there's not. PIE6 will only be available on new devices so it's gonna be a LONG while before someone rips it off a device and has it ready for cab install, let alone to be able to cook it into your rom.

I've seen many forums with various ROMs with IE6 in them. That was a couple days after MS released the simulator. So I guess it wouldn't take long for someone to rip the final version. They ripped Manilla 2D before the phones were officially released.
