everytime i try to run Advance config tools on my phone .....
 

i have 3.5 compact frame work up and running .. then i went and down loaded the .zip file of advance configeration tools for my phone .. and when i go to run it .. it gives me this error msg .... unable to find settings file .. " program then contiues to load with a blank back ground ... why ??

also the .cab verson does the same trying to load it on a touch pro

find the diamond tf3d folder, open it, delete the third file, opera tweaks run the app.
