Hence why I said "Copied directly from the website". I went to the website myself to see what it was. Pretty much self explanatory as to what it does...it seems to be some sort of antivirus/firewall.

Are people really having issues with malware and virus' on their phones?? To me its like putting 4x4 tires on a Geo Metro.

I haven't, yet anyway. But I guess with the phones having an open data connection then just like a home computer I would assume it could be possible.

Sorry to say but no one is writing viruses for windows mobile. 2 things preventing it. The processor and the kernal of windows mobile.

And there really isnt anything to attack. Every boot system files are checked and rewritten from the rom if they are corrupt.

Malware is another issue alltogether. I have seen a few programs that people download and contain certain mms features or data mining that sends that information to an ip address or in an mms to a number.

The virus and malware part is a waste of money. Symantec/Norton used to make a virus scanner a while ago but discontinued it.

I understand where you're coming from. I also like the tool because it has a nice backup feature. The tool seems to indicate if finds many instances of malware.
