.exe to cab

Anyone know of any software that would either allow me to extract the .cab file from a .exe file or software that would allow me to install a .exe file. I am not around a computer to use acticesync and would like to install this program but its a .exe file.

You can extract the cab out of an exe when you use WinZip or WinRar. Even Freeware 7Zip will work.
