I sent a few with Ret. Confirm. checked and "Send Type0" and that worked for me. Check that thread out over at XDA, because they explain what the other options do under the send menu.

This was developed for GSM networks (non-USA) and does not work on CDMA :

I assume this does not work on CDMA. Does anyone have proof that this fully works on their Sprint phone?

Have tried this on my sprint TP, sends texts.. gets a send message confirmation, but no msg received confirmation. :( Tried normal, class0 and ping, using both with international number formats and domestic. Failed to get it to work based on my attempts.

This used to be a feature on my Sony Ericsson w900i (GSM via tmobile) and i loved it though... :(
