How to emulate PPC in PC?

Hi!
Is it possible to run cab files in PC, before installing to PPC?
I need WM5/WM6 emulator for PC!
Where can i find it?

You can get the Microsoft Mobile SDK and install it in Visual Stuido.. something like that. It brings up a full PPC emulator for debugging. Hope that leads ya in the right direction.
