Help with *.ndb MAP file!

I recently downloaded *.ndb GPS MAP file!
Can any1 knows, with which GPS software i have to use it?

NDB is a non directional beacon , appears to have to do with aviation. Thats all I came up with

Maybe, i had search last night!
And found it!
This map file is for "Avtosputnik" ( For Russian GPS Navigation App )
I installed that app, but MAP not working!
In russian forum, they used succesfuly!
But no luck with me!

Is there any converters for converting this map file to an other?
i-Go or Garmin?

FRom what I read this is used in aviation , it is the beacon that are used by pilots to help in navigation. So unless you need to fly it is no use to you.Finding nearby NDBs using GPS
In addition to a paper or online sectional map, NDBs can be found on the Flight Simulator Map view and your GPS. To get NDB info from the GPS, bring it up and press the NEAREST BUTTON. Now press the right side of the oval-shaped rocker button twice to take you to the nearest NDB page. Press the Cursor 'CRSR' button, to enter the page. (If you're using the GPS 500, use the arrows on the inner cursor 'CRSR' knob instead of the rocker.)
