help with the today agenda program
 

is is there a way to get the upcoming appointments to stay open:

For example tomorrow i have two entries. is there a way that the program will show them open or do i just have to open it myself by pressing the little + sign at the left of the day

I have a question too...

I have "Show next x days" set to 1. So, only today's appointments are ever shown on my Today screen. I really don't need or want to "waste" a line to display today's day and date (its redundant too). I mean, since I only have today's appointments displayed, it being today is implied.

What I have now on my today screen is:

[+] Tuesday, Dec 16
Merger Meeting
9:00AM-11:00AM (Board Room)
Executive Review
1:00PM-6:00PM (Exec Conf Rm)

What I would like to display is something like simply:

Merger Meeting
9:00AM-6:00PM (Board Room)
Executive Review
1:00PM-6:00PM (Exec Conf Rm)

Is there an option that I haven't found yet, that can do this?

1. click and hold on the todayagenda part of today screen and go to options
2. on the bottom option selector choose Tasks/day titles
3. the 4th one down is [+] / [-] set this to off.
4. The last one, collapse all days but today on startup, set this to off as well.

I think these are the two changes you have to make.

Thanks, but that doesn't seem to do it. It eliminates the [+] and [-], but doesn't eliminate the day/date line.

For starters upgrade to the latest version (V1.5.0, 3653). I don't think you can do away with the date information completely. However under compact view you can reduce it down to show "Tue 16" or under normal view you can have it show, "12/16/08".

If you're not satisfied with Today Agenda then I suggest you move to Pocket Informant 8. With the today plug-in option you can have it show just the appointments with no day/date info on your today screen.

I am at the latest version being I am a new user. Sorry, I guess I should have mentioned that.

Yea, this isn't a big deal. I am otherwise pretty happy with TodayAgenda. It is just that my Today screen is getting pretty full, and whether the day/date is in compact format or normal format, it is still using up an entire line on my Today screen that I rather not give up.
