haha sorry D i just posted cuz it didnt sound like u had installed it on urs...and i didnt know what the app2date thing was...i didnt wanna install something that i didnt kno of ya kno...but i did and its actually a cool little program itself...u run it and it checks all the programs u have installed and lets u kno if there is a newer version of any...it connects to the internet of course....im messing with it now..but so far looks like that atleast is worth having even if ur not a fan on the duplicate program lol...ill let u kno

This program would be even better if it merged duplicates. I remember when I set up nuevasync for gmail contact/calendar sync, it created a whole bunch of 'duplicates' that had only their email info. I had to manually copy and paste them into my original contacts and delete the gmail email version of that contact.

hey D that 2ndary program, app2date prolly wont interest u much either....now that i have messed with it....its pretty useless...it only scans 7 programs for updates and its the games i have installed....caver...ginvaders etc...i dont see a option to pick which one it scans updates for...it seems to pick them on its own....so the ones its scanning are ones im not interested in keeping track of updates on ya kno...others here on geeks are welcome to proving me wrong...welcome to showing me why app2date would be usefull...but right now i dont see it being anything u or anyone else for that matter would want...hahaha...
