Slingbox Mobile problem??
 
My Sling Mobile was working perfectly in my TouchPro until today.

I lost my internet connection & had to have Roadrunner reset my modem from their end.

Now, my internet works fine & my Slingbox works fine in my laptop but refuses to connect from the phone. I updated the SB software in every way possible & deleted & reinstalled Sling Mobile in the phone but it still doesn't work.

I installed the Sling Mobile software exactly the same way I did the first time when it did work I think. I deleted & retyped the finder ID, redid the password etc but it opens just fine, says its locating the SB & then says "unable to connect"

You may have to reconfigure the port forwarding option on your router?

Did you try to reset your Slingbox? Are you using a wireless router?

I redid the remote viewing option (even though it said it was already configured) & it started working again,
