Best software to run Orb on Mogul?
 

So I was using Orb directly through Opera Mini, but I didn't like the "interface", running it that way. I was told about Kinoma. I've been trying to make Kinoma FreePlay work, but it just won't search the music for me. It finds pics, vids, with no problem. But try to search music under "artist", "album", or "genre", and it just sits there and says, "Searching". Liteally for like an hour.

So... anyone have any other suggestions for the best software for me to run Orb on my Mogul? Obviously, prefer free, but I'm open to paying for a software. I thought I found the perfect sofware in Kinoma, but no way I'm paynig $30, when the free version won't even work.

Suggestions?

Thanks for the reply, but re-read my post. I am TRYING to use Kinoma, but it won't let me connect to my music on ORB. Works fine on pics and vids. But when I search under music tab and "artists", "album", or "genre", it just sits and says, "connecting". It looks promising, but I've done everything. I've reinstalled Kinoma, I've changed my folder in Orb. I've done everything I can do. Any suggestions?

lol... I was going to post Kinoma also, but I remember you saying you can't run ORB from another thread... I hope you can find a fix for your problem...

I use orb through PIE and TCPMP and have no problems. Have you tried it with that setup?

Yes... but it's just not that "pretty" of a setup. The potential of Kinoma looks great, but I can't get it to work, so thought someone would know of something similar.

Me too! I've done everything, short of hard resetting the phone, and I'm not going to do that, just to get this software to work. Maybe the next time I have a major issue with the phone, but not for this.

Yeah... I agree on that.. I found that Hard Resetting my Mogul cured almost all the issues... It's crazy that way, I guess.. To do it for a minor software issue is not worth it..
