Curious - CD program to PPC program?
 

I have this one CD called Nclex 3500 its full of questions for the Nursing board exam. Is there anyway to Convert the CD to work in my ppc 6800??

it would greatly depend on what is on the CD. If it is some sort of Database driven application then probably not. but if it is a video file or some sort of Flash based quiz app then it may be possible. it is an e-book file like iSilo etc. then definitely maybe.

It doesnt seem like its a big program at all. My best guess is a flash based quiz.
How can I find out exactly what it is? How would I go about converting?

IF your studying for your boards, Nclex 3500 is a POS useless, its outdated. go to skyscape and try their trial programs for nurses.

I hope somebody is able to figure this out too... My mom is a nursing student and she would love to use something like this... Good luck with your boards xpocad...

if it is an older product and it is indeed flash, then perhaps all you have to do is to get the flash player from adobe, or some other standalone player that will play flash. then copy the flash file to a storeage media and try it. I believe tcpmp will play flash.

Here is a picture of the files that were installed on to my C: drive
Its an EXE file (top right). Is there anyway to convert it to a ppc application?
