Software to Control Minutes

So i'm looking for a particular software to control anytime minutes, not just tell me how many i've used, but block the phone from calling or receiving from all but a "white list" of specific numbers after the limit is exceeded...

Tmobile family plan kinda does something like this, but they're on sprint, and would kinda prefer to stay on the SERO plan..

got a friend who's got a friend who's got a friend who's got a friend who's got an addiction... :-P

well, I think there's a call blocking app that will block outgoing calls too, so maybe a mortscript to check available minutes and when out/low, then change the apropriate setting / file in call block app..
sorry i'm not more help, but this would be a good project. I read about the call block apps but i've never actually tried one. I'm sure there's one that has database file that can be easily manipulated.

I know neuminutes monitors minutes, maybe a mortscript to check the monitor, and if its above a certain amount, activate spb phonesuite's whitelist? I'm just not good with mortscript or skschema, (though I have both programs).... so any help would be Immensely appreciated...

I don't have spb. is that the best call blocker? is there anything phonesuite can do callfirewall can't, specifically block call waiting calls without dropping the current call?
I would prefer to work with free apps.

callfirewall would work the same way- less bloat as well. skschema would be out too- not being freeware. so maybe a script to activate callfirewall when nueminutes reaches a certain number of anytime minutes?

I am willing to do what I can, but I haven't used these apps before. I'm actually crashing from another all nighter of scripting in vain (learned to cab instead..)

for starters I think the early warning should be turning the minute beep on. also it should have options for Free Incomming and First Free Minute.

HolidayInn, here I come..
