Like to dictate a text message or e-mail? Doesn't MS Voice Command do this? I've never really explored it...

If it does I don't know how to use it. I tried but it didn't work. I would love a program that would allow for dictation. Please someone answer this question.

I think MS VC only allows you to control your phone, not dictate text to it. That being said, I would immediately buy a program that allowed for this.
