Advanced PIM functionality with Journal and Data collection
 

I've looked through many apps and tried a lot to try and find a program that does this but I can't. I was wondering if anyone know of such a program. The closest I've gotten was Natara's DayNotez but even that doesn't have all this functionality. This is what I'm looking for:

-A time plotting utility that automatically grabs information from calendar and graphs it.
-The ability to view time spend and specific time analysis on specific events (net surfing like seen here http://www.techcrunch.com/2008/02/15...ing-addiction/ )
-An advanced free hand note taking abilities like Phatpad
-A customizable PIM function that allows user the versatility to adhere to a particular strategic planning style for varying projects (personal, business, education, etc)
-Behavioral techniques with accompanying records to quit certain habits (like the tally method where you mark a tally for every time you're distracted)
