Help..I think active sync erased my phone data...

I have the touch diamond and paired my phone and my desktop via active sync.
I wanted to also pair my laptop with my phone but when I installed active sync to the laptop it detected the desktop and said that both computers could not be used. Well I erased the desktop from active sync and installed on to the laptop only to realize that now all my contacts and 'people' tab are all gone..

Pics and txts are still there. How do I get my contacts back?
Should I re-pair my phone with my desktop and will that get my contacts back?

Thanks,
I posted this on sprintusers but got no response....

You should be fine IF the contacts are stored in outlook on your desktop. You'll need to setup AS with your desktop again and get your contacts back.

If not, I don't know what to tell you.... =[

If you are the same guy, then as said before, next time use spb backup or sprite pim backup
