Program to change icons?!
 

Does anyone know if there is a program to change the program icons.. I just reinstalled spb shell, and when I add a program (i.e. youtube, quickclear, totalcommander, ect) it shows the default icon.. How do I change that icon?! my interface uses larger buttons and I want to change them to some larger icons I downloaded..

Any suggestions?
