I think you just drop all the files in the windows folder of your phone. But I am not 100% sure, so I have not tried it. Anyone can confirm?

This is meant for Cooks to put into their OEMs. Follow the original link, someone should be posting a .CAB soon.

Folks I dont think you can use a cab to install this. This has to be cooked into a ROM. Read the post on XDA.

has anyone tried that installer for oem's, you know the ap that you can run to install oem's like a cab, does that install this w/out loading up a kitchen rom??
