yes 'dere' is.. its actually built into your device. In order to activate it, you have to hit the button combination to enable it since its hidden in the device.

Hold down the two 'soft buttons' that are above the windows logo and the ok button on the front, and hit the reset button with the stylus at the same time.

A message will appear on the screen that says something about 'do you want to clear the old settings (so it can enable the new setting for voice activation of course)' and so you need to hit the 'r' button on your keyboard, then the space bar to reboot one more time.

after that, when you turn it on, you just have to say the word 'unlockadocka' (prounounced "unlock-uh-dock-uh") loud enough for it to hear you and it unlocks. I got this from a post on xda that I cant seem to find now, but it works for me.
