how to use command line parameters

I use profiles for windows mobile and one of the things you can do is run a program...so i want to run iguidance on my apache, but i can add command line paramters, which i assume means a command after it runs. how can i make it just click "ok" or the middle button of my 6700 so the warning page automatically goes away? i can click "ok" or click the middle jog button or obviously tap the screen myself, but this would be nice. thanks!
