free memory questions??
 

I always had 15-16 MB of free memory available in my XV 6800 Verizon phone at startup, now all of a sudden it is a LOT less than that.

I installed MS Voice Command & AE Button Plus. Is one of these the culprit killing my free memory???

greetings, microsoft voice command uses around 4mb of ram. i had taken it off my mogul for that reason. hope that helps.

if your not already using mem maid or sk tools try them to clean system. mem maid is a must for me.

oxios must for me also that ram isnt so good you may wanna find a more ram conscious rom

Yea, I had a feeling that was it.

I do use oxio all the time, but I still have a lot less ram than I ever used to.

Wow, I just tried MemMaid to see if it would work any better than oxio.

I used the trial for 10 minutes & then bought it, that program freed up way more memory than oxio ever did & some of the other features are pretty neat also.

MemMaid was an instant purchase for me too. I assign the quick clean feature to my voice command button, and now every hour or to I tap it, and we're running faster than before.
