Radio stations internet sites that use flash player...
...for live listening.
There are a ton of radio stations that allow live listening through their websites and when I try to "listen live" I'm advised that I need to d/l flash player. So, where does one find such a fine bit of software when the Adobe site that you're linked to by the radio stations states that Adobe doesn't have a flash player for my browser...PIE or Opera Mobile? Any help is appreciated as I'm getting my eyes lasered this morning and I'd like to listen to a radio station for the hour or two my eyes are bandaged. Thanks. MT |

If you're looking for radio stations you're going to have to download TCPMP and after you download this software, go to www.tuned.mobi and there you'll find tons of radio stations from all the states that you can listen to live.

Alternatively... You can sign up for SykFire (web browser). It handles flash quite nicely for most video and audio streams... I think a current working beta code is Michael8
Just watch your battery... Currently SkyFire eats battery pretty quickly. |

www.usliveradio.com is a good one too. Most of the flash sites refer to an mp3 stream or playlist. Is there a way to discover the path to the stream/playlist?

There are numerous threads discussing this very topic. Run a search here in the Software Forum for "stations", etc.
With that in mind I'm gonna close this thread down. late, Coz |
