That 1 license you have is good for multiple phones.. I had Kinoma on my Mogul and when I got my Touch Pro I installed the same CAB onto it.. I entered my information and it was already to go...

well, yeah, that's the case with most software - it's good for the USER not the device.

(especially for those of us that upgrade devices every 6 months:) )

Hey Charles.. Do you have an issue with me uploading the Kinoma FreePlay Installer CAB to this site?

I really appreciate your help pointing out Kinoma FreePlay to people who can use it. My thinking is that it's better to point people to http://kinoma.com/freeplay/download/ instead of posting .cab files, and here's why:
  • It's always up-to-date. Any .cab file posted in a forum will be out-of-date within a few weeks, and it's better for users if they don't need to go through two installations to get the latest, greatest version right off the bat.
  • We can count it. Metrics are crucial to help us understand how we're doing. When we know how many people download Kinoma FreePlay and that (for example) they came from PPCGeeks, that makes it a no-brainer to spend time here.
  • It's safe. Malware authors sometimes piggyback onto popular apps, and so we think it's safer that new users get Kinoma FreePlay directly from us.
If something about the download page is goofy, let us know -- we're always looking to improve our site. Today we added a manual download link, and soon we be providing more download options than just a .cab download to a PC.

Not to mention (and most importantly) - it'll give people a chance to see the features of the Kinoma play paid version - trust me guys, it's worth paying for the full version of this software - it rocks!

Will Kinoma sync with iTunes when I plug it in to my computer via the usb cord, similar to Pocket Tunes?
