Software Like Audacity?
 

I've looked around here and on PPC software sites, and I can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know of software for windows mobile that can be used to edit MP3's, WAV files and so on. Something similar to audacity?

There is a program called mp3 trimmer in the Kitchen. I have not used it.

I'd be very surprised and skeptical if you did, due to the large file size of typical WAVs and the amount of processing just to do a simple operation such as volume normalization, versus the limited resources of even the biggest and fastest PPC. Still, there really should be something that'd normalize MP3s fairly quickly as well as other fast and easy edits such as channel swapping or trimming off dead air from beginning and end of tracks.

PS - If it's MP3 Trim you can't seem to find, then search for audio trimmers at xda-developers. It's been extracted from a new version of HTC Audio Manager that appeared in one of the latest phones, Diamond, I think.

This is the cab for mp3 trimmer. I have no tested it.
