Windows mobile languages

I know this may not be the right spot for this, but can I change the default language from english to japanese somehow? I haven't found a place to help me at all.

Iam looking for the samething, treo700wx and treo800w from english to spanish but there is nothing on the manuals about changing the languages....:(
