I'm sure most know this, but if your video is too choppy be sure that the video option in TCMP is set to GDI and NOT direct draw.

Same when using Slingplayer. I also find that turning off the slingstream optimizer helps (you have to stop your connection to change this setting.)

has anyone found a way to add channels like tbs, mtv, comedy central, tnt, usa, disney channel, nickelodeon and all the other high profile channels to this app???? im looking for the link but with no luck, not sure if there is even any....

I think they (the authors) can add more channels. I did send them some additional channels...but havent seen them come on yet...so **shrugs**.

thanx for the reply, but do you know where i can get the streaming link for any of the channels i mentioned?? im looking for them to add them myself but no luck ](*,)

I had asked them (authors) abt the technicalities....what I was told was....u have to search for streaming media (cld be ur news channels / entertainment channels etc)..and those links start w/ "mms." in front of the links. Then they (authors) program it into the channel list and so on....I dont know much abt the technical aspect but sure if u google "online streaming channels" u will find what u need. (ie. if the channels of ur choice are broadcasting on the intenet).

Is there a list anywhere of channels people have found? i know that many of you have found them and sent them to the developer but they dont always seem to get added. List out there?

hey im having problems using tcpmp it says error player: audio codec (windows media audio) not supported by the player will these not work with tcpmp?
i have all file associations checked

Here's a list I found in less than 1 minute of a google search:

great find...ok next step...how to add those streams as channels...i mean click of a button for a specific channel.

I haven't found a way to manually enter streams. I could be minnsing something. haven't heard back from the developer.
