text messages - smiley faces and what not
 

on my old non ppc phone, I use to be able to send smiley faces and animated gifs/smiley faces to other non ppc phones. Now on my ppc phone, I can't as her phone doesn't understand what I'm trying to send.

Are there any programs or anything that will let me send these?

hey I have windows 6.1 on my touch, How can I get that smiley app to work. It instals and everything but when I try to send a text there are no options for the use of smileys. I soft reset and it does the same thing. Every now and then I see a smiley icon on the bottom edge of the text screen but when I touch it I get some kind of windows error. Any ideas?

thanks for the quick reponse

I"m trying smiley sms and love the threaded SMS but now I have the dreaded sent notification back. I originallly killed this with the Advanced COnfiguration Tool by Schap but now the SMS Smiley program is over riding it.

It also does not give me a menu of smiley faces to choose from but I can use symbols and smiley faces do show up in the text messages. I'm waiting on my fiancee to send me a text to see if I can read hers

you need to go to the control panel for it. that is under settings>system>SmileySMS u will see it and change things there need anymore help ask or go check out the forum at xda.
