Need Help! Deleted Contacts!

I got a new computer. I installed ActiveSync 4.5. Then when I tryed to sync for the first time I think I hit "REPLACE ITEMS ON DEVICE WITH ITEMS ON COMPUTER" or something like that. Of course it deleted all of my contact. My computer didnt have any contacts....LOL...HELP ME...I had like 300 contacts!

I don't suppose that you backed up your device? Or used Dashwire? Or Yahoo 2 Go?
