Where are you getting your Ringtones?

I have gotten bored with all of the stock ringtones and made some of my own. I used www.tuneusin.com for the longest time. And its started to go all commercial pushing their ringtone program.

So does anyone know of a good-free site thats have ringtones?

If you post something that helps i'll add it to this post.

I just make them. I don't really do the ringtone thing too much anyway but it's easy enough to do. Any decent sound to tell me I have a call or message is fine. Too many people seem to use their ringtones to advertise their crap musical taste ;)

The whole ringtone thing always struck me more as a way for companies to make money selling snippets of songs for a couple of dollars rather than anything you really need. I guess when phones weren't that customizable it was cool but now there is so much to tweak, the ringer isn't all that cool anymore.

Re: Where are you getting your Ringtones?

Before I purchased a Titan I www.myxer.com and www.funformobile.com alot for my ringers. Then I got wise to the fact that the Mogul is not compatible with ringers from Sprint Digital Lounge while I did a stint working for Sprint's Web Chat. So I started making my own using Audacity and just transferring them to my phone with the USB. Now I still use Audacity to make them but I access my Orb Profile (check my sig and at the media channels till you find SquaretoneZ and feel free to check the other stuff there too...and yes it is a Shameless Plug...) from my phone and just DL them straight from my PC. I still have friends that don't have PPC's that I make ringers for and send to them using myxer though.

myxer.com, if you have an internet plan, visit it from your phone. quick loading mobile site, and wide selection of user submitted tones.
