2 today screens?(yes i searched)
 

I just saw a program that did this the other day on another site. I thought I bookmarked it. anyone? 2 today screens?

There are a couple of programs out there that offer additional "virtual" today screens. I'd start with Wise Bar Advance.

I don't want a big fancy program like that. I've never really liked those progs other than the fact that they skin well. I had found one that just made a second today with an icon to it on the first today screen. oh well. back to googleing it! toobad our "history" on pie doesn't go back further than 20 seconds or I would have it there. haha

exactly what I want but can't get the damn cab to install. anyone have v2r multidesk?

I have version 1.05. The latest is 1.07. Here ya go...

How is the app...Is it a resource hog?

I've only been using it like a day but I don't really notice any slow down of the system. The app takes about 2-4 seconds to switch between destktops, which is pretty dang good in my opinion. I really like the app, I think it has a lot of functionality for the right person. I'm just not sure I'm the right person. I, personllay, don't need the functionality of having different desktops for home, or office, or school, or whatever. I dunno, maybe if I think of some other more useful purposes for it I'll use it. Don't get me wrong here, this is a great app. Just not for me, but if this is the kind of functionality you're looking for by all means give it a try. I think you'll like it.

just head over to their website. they have pics up there. i can't think of the exact address but google v2r multidesk and you should find it easily.

Is this a free version? Looks like an interesting program, but as most of us are, free is very niiiice!

Check in the ipmart-forum in the pocket-pc session and you will find the last version "free"

So does each screen serve a different purpose like these are things going on for work and screen 2 things going on at home :scratch:

You can do that, or other users want to have more Today screen plugins but don't want scrollbars, so they create separate Today screens, etc.

It all depends on your needs...
