Here's the one I used with my Mogul. I forget where I found it, but I've never had one problem with it. I believe when I tried the one downloaded from ViJay's website it didn't work for some reason.

VJCandela allows you to turn your LED Flash on without the camera app. Basically so you can use it as a flash light. I assign it to the voice command button, push and hold, so if I need some light it's easy to get to.

I don't use VJCandela anymore since I've started using No2Chem ROMs as they have nueLight which does the same thing as VJCandela.

had the same problem, solution was to install on device and do a soft reset. hope this helps
