most of them do...garmin...iguidance...tom tom...its really based on personal preference actually.

I use TomTom 7. Works great. And I have downloaded latest POI data and have added in some that are not in the current POI data from TomTom.
I used iGuidance 4.0 for a little bit. didn't like the interface as well as TomTom.
Only real issue I have with TomTom is the exit function. Wish exit was on the first tap screen instead of the 3rd.

I recommend iGO 8... it's all "3D buildings" 'n' s#$t

I would recommend TomTom. The user interface is nice easy to use, runs good on the old ppc with 20MB of RAM available. Again this is just my personal preference.

Garmin Mobile XT is awesome & there are thousands of POI's you can DL for free for any Garmin GPS.
