Today Screen app from WinMo 6.1 Smartphone

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the today screen from WinMo 6.1 Smartphone onto a Touch or a mogul or other touchscreens?

You'd have to use WAD to make something kind of like that...

Can someone with WinMo 6.1 Standard (Smartphone non touchscreen) check to see if it is some sort of today plugin? If it is a plugin then possibly someone can port it over?
