Where Can I get a text to speech app for htc vogue?

i was playing with the htc tilt the other day and when i called my friend on his tilt it said my number..is there a app out there for the mogul or vogue(touch)?

My 700wx (running WM5) will announce incoming calls. Go to Settings/Personal/Voice Command/Phone.

I'm not sure if that's what you're asking though.

That is Microsoft Voice Command and is bundled on the Treo 700wx phones but costs for other users. It can be purchased for $39.99 from Handago here:
