cmd.exe

Is there a program similar to cmd.exe for the pc that will work with WM6 and allow commands such as "net send" and "shutdown"?

There are some dos emulators out there like PocketDos that can be used on the PPC for the purpose of running retro games and software. However, those two commands you mentioned are Windows NT specific (2000/XP/Vista/etc) and cannot be used in those programs.
