Welcome to the community!!! Try out these and see if you like them...let me know if you had other ideas, or changes you want made. Also, if you need any help using them feel free to ask.

All the files (arrows, batteryG, and a clock set) are in the zip file.

Re: All S2U2 customizations

I KNOW this has been covered elsewhere in this thread, but trying to find it in 110 pages worth of thread has been fruitless for me. Does anyone know how to get rid of the gray bar/background behind the slider?

I've been working on a theme of my own (and will share if anyone is interested,) but that gray bar just doesn't work with it... if I can't delete it, can I modify it?

Here's a pic to clarify what I'm talking about... NOT my theme...

Thanks in advance...

I thought about ststing a new post for this, but decided to post it in here.....

When the battery was first introduced (come on guys....not THAT one, the one written into S2U2 by A_C) there were many people asking about the charge percentage showing, and a bung (including me) pondered the possibilities to no avail. Eventually the idea got pushed to the background to make way for other customizations that threads like this offer.

Well.....the wait is over!!!! alanlsmith over at XDA did it!!! He wrote a mortscript that triggers the change, and a couple graphics as well. He gave me his permission to post over here, so here is his original post:

I've used Mortscript ( http://www.sto-helit.de ) to monitor the battery & change the image as appropriate. I haven't done any fancy graphics as it's more of a test than anything else, also it only works whilst charging (although it can be modified to work all the time).

I works by monitoring for the device charging, if the device is on battery power the script just scheduled itself to run again in 15 seconds & exits, if it's charging then the battery level is checked & displayed, it only updates when the level has changed.
It seems to work okay, although if you are watching it when the level changes, you will see S2U2 close then re-open again.

Installation:
Assuming Mortscript is installed & S2U2 is installed in \Program Files in main memory.
Copy battery1.png, battery2.png, battery3.png & batteryG.png to \S2U2\GFX
Also copy Battery Level folder (& contents) to \S2U2/GFX
Copy Battery Level.mscr to your prefered folder for Mortscript files & create a shortcut to it in the Windows\Startup folder.

Attached is the original file.

He also just posted a new graphic earlier today!!

Alrighty, with that stupid "topbar" gone, I have finally finished my own little psychedelic theme.

The only thing about it that is remotely unique is that, instead of having a special "face" for the clock, I incorporated it into the wallpaper gif. I wanted my clock face to be animated, too, and to blend in with the background... so I created a clockface that is mostly transparent. The animated GIF that makes up the wallpaper then has the clockface integrated into it.

One note... you cannot see the numbers very well, here. The clock files actually have better numbers. They're only on the GIF wallpaper so I could line up the clock properly.

I also didn't want the clock hand mucking up the hypnotic swirlies, so I changed them into little two toned dots... you can't see them in the above image, as it's just the wallpaper, alone.

Here's a screenshot with the dots for the hour & minute hands. They look like they're hard to see, but keep in mind that the rest of the screen is moving, so they are actually easier to see...

I haven't done one for the landscape mode, and unless someone requests it, I probably won't.

Anyhoo... if you want to use that wallpaper, just right click the image, save it as "wallpaper.gif" and then transfer it to:
program files
s2u2
gfx

The hands for the clock, if you want to try them out, are attached.

If you do.... hit the the thanks.:)
