Most of it is pretty much playing around and seeing what works, but for some good 'basics' there is a thread over at XDA that pretty much details a few tweaks:

You do need a half-way decent photo editor (photoshop or something along that line is recomended, but I do a lot of my work in paint.net)

That realworldcursor looks interesting, is it a good one to have, or not really anything I wouldn't already have covered in photoshop + paint.net?

My first attempt at Bat answer buttons, not the cleanest looking, but I am working on it. Sryguy, if you can make them look better, then there is no beef from me :)

Could some one make me a Battery out of this, please. I've gotten down how to make the sliders, but have not gotten the batterys down yet. I attached my slider i made.
