device lock button

has anyone found a way to completely lock the answer button on the mogul? if you have the mogul in your pocket and someone calls you and youre moving you can answer it anyway, so is there a way around this?

in have tried s2u2 as well and neither one will stop the talk button from being accidentally pushed if its in your pocket and someone happens to call you , any other suggestions?

Re: device lock button

set the s2u2 timer go into the s2u2 folder created when u install the cab and go to s2u2 settings then under ''battery power'' mark ''lock when backlight tunrs off'' too on ten under that at ''pwer off in'' type in a number betwwen 15-22 i find 17 works the best for me. and it should work like a charm i had the same problem but i used this method and it wrks perfect! i dont have to worry about it anymore.

hey jakey i did what you said but when i tested it and the call came through, it allowed me to push the talk key. how are you stopping that from happening? i put these settings exactly where you told me

Wait... do you mean you wan't to answer the call automatically without pressing the talk button?

I believe there is an option under Start>Settings>Phone to answer after a few rings.

no i dont want this phone to answer at all in my pocket. even wiht device lock or s2u2 if someone is calling you and youre walking and your leg happens to push the talk button when someone is calling, it will answer which of course could be dangerous. i want a way to completely block the talk button from engaging if somoene is calling in

Re: device lock button

Change the settings in S2U2 to use the Slide 2 Answer... then instead of a button to answer you have to slide to answer.. like you slide to unlock. Would be way harder for that to happen by accident then a button being pushed.

That's all I can think of...
